Terms and Conditions for Akka Nature

Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled activity date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 1 to 6 days before the scheduled activity date are non-refundable.

If Akka Nature must cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the activity for another available date or time.

Travel and Insurance
Akka Nature is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by participants traveling to or from the activity location. Participants are advised to obtain suitable travel insurance that covers delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Safety and Conduct
Akka Nature prioritizes safety and reserves the right to interrupt or terminate an activity at any time if safety conditions deteriorate or if the quality of the experience cannot be maintained.

Guides have full authority to discontinue participation of any individual who does not comply with safety instructions or demonstrates inappropriate or disruptive behavior during the activity. No refunds will be issued to participants who are dismissed from an activity due to misconduct or non-compliance.
